Provide first line telephone support to the network (inbound and outbound communication) Right first time delivery of outstanding, proactive customer service Proactive and accurate resolution of queries by liaising across departments where required Timely and transparent communications with the Network to manage expectations and resolutions Maintain accurate records on CRM
