Position: F&B Director – Luxury Country Hotel – Ireland
Location: Ireland - Relocation possible 
Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented F&B Director for a prestigious country hotel in Ireland. The ideal candidate will oversee the F&B outlets while training and developing the heads of department. the ideal candidate has experience in luxury hotels and has the right to work within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of all F&B outlets and private eventsManage and train staff to the highest standardDevelop and introduce new conceptsCollaborate with all departments to achieve the best outcomesTake responsibility for operational and financial performanceReport to the Assistant General Manager

Required Experience:

Proven experience in a similar luxury hotel or venueStrong understanding of operations, forecasting, and budgetingHigh standard of customer service, including working with VIP guestsA proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra milePassion and in-depth knowledge of food and beveragesStrong commercial and financial acumen
