Pastry Chef requirements:

Proven experience in pastry preparation within a luxury hotel or fine dining settingExpertise in baking, chocolate work, and plated desserts with a keen eye for detailStrong organizational skills to manage mise en place and service under pressureKnowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and ingredient sourcing
