Are you an experienced Senior Technical Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity with a ServiceNow partner expanding to South Africa? Our client is seeking a talented individual with expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions in IT Operations Management.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.Utilise your expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in ServiceNow consulting.Hands-on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM.Proven leadership in Implementations, advanced technical proficiency.ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS) are highly advantageousRight to work in South Africa
