Site Engineer

A leading steel company in Ayshire is currently looking for a Site Engineer for a permanent position UK wide, with potential opportunities to work abroad.

Salary: £70,000 per year
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: On-site hours: 07:00 AM – 17:30 – 18:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Some weekends available and required with prior notice.
Contract Duration: Permanent role with opportunities for progression.
Duties:

Plumb, line, and level steel structures Conduct site surveys and setting out Understand and implement QA/QC for handover purposes Raise and close NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) Co-ordinate with designers Work closely with Site and Project Managers to successfully deliver projects

Requirements:

Ideally an Engineering qualification (not essential) Strong steel background, able to plumb, line, and level Strong IT skills, including CAD and Trimble Ability to manage site surveys and setting out Understanding of QA/QC processes and NCR management
