Our client is a specialist brickwork, scaffold and roofing contractor based in the south east of England.
They currently have an opening for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will be based at their head office located in Woking, Surrey.
Competitive salary on offer for the right individual.
Some of the duties will include: processing of timesheets, payroll, invoicing, worker engagement, and other general administrative duties.
Experience in a similar position would be advantageous
Construction experience - desirable
Knowledge of industry preferable (but training will be offered)
Organized with strong attention to detail
Highly communicative and approachable
Ability to multi-task
Fluent in written and spoken English (second language will be a bonus)
