Our client, a fast-growing hospitality business in the UK – (Award winning), is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee one of their key brands in the UK. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute leader who has operated at a senior level in the restaurant sector and is ready to make a significant impact. MUST be OD level and lead Area Managers to apply & come from hospitality

Lead and oversee operations as the business aims to triple in size over the next five yearsReport directly to the board and work closely with the foundersAssist with funding, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiativesImplement processes and procedures to ensure operational excellenceAct as a hands-on leader, working across all areas of the business and leading from the front

Senior operations experience in restaurants, understanding the business from the ground upComfortable in fast-paced environments and adaptable to changeProven track record in branded and independent operations, ideally in quality-driven, forward-thinking environmentsStrong passion for brand, guest experience, food, and wineExperience in businesses with revenues around £40 millionCommercially savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of driving change across the organisationAmbitious but reliable and loyal, with a CV that demonstrates stability and progression
