Grounds Maintenance Operative - Dartford/Sevenoaks 
Hourly Rate: £11.44 - £12.50 per hour (Overtime available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our client's team in the Dartford area. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, maintaining grounds, trees, and gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company van to various sites in the North-Kent area (Dartford, Gravesend, and surrounding areas)Maintain and care for a collection of trees and surrounding groundsLitter picking and general ground maintenance dutiesWork as part of a team to ensure the upkeep of gardens, estate areas, and tree managementParticipate in daily maintenance tasks and assist in keeping outdoor spaces tidy and well-keptKey Requirements:

Must hold a full, UK driving licence (manual transmission required)Previous grounds maintenance or estate work experience preferredAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independentlyFlexibility to take on a variety of roles as neededStrong work ethic and attention to detailCSCS preferred but not essential What We Offer:
