What will they be doing as a Sous Chef:

Reporting to the Head Chef
Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a well-established restaurant
Are an approachable person, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards
Great time management and organisational skills
Have excellent communication skills
