Nursery Practitioner

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work within a well-established nursery setting in Reading on a flexible, agency basis.

This role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification, with a minimum of six months of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

About the Role
As an agency Nursery Practitioner, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit you while gaining valuable experience within a supportive nursery environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting children’s learning and development, maintaining a safe and engaging setting, and working closely with permanent staff to provide outstanding care.

About You

Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting is essential. You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies. A proactive, caring, and adaptable approach to working with children.
