M&E Planner

A leading M&E company is currently on the lookout for a Mechanical & Electrical Planner. The successful candidate will work from the head office in Liverpool and will be required to visit construction projects across the North West.

Duties:

Develop and manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and finishing programmes. Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Design, Operations, Commissioning Engineers, Supply Chain partners, and customer Planning Teams. Monitor live project progress, working closely with site teams and highlighting areas of concern to the Operations Team. Take proactive actions to mitigate potential issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Experience in M&E planning is preferred, though candidates with strong construction planning backgrounds may also be considered. Proficient in project management and planning software. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different departments and with external stakeholders.
