Our client works on very challenging and exciting projects and is looking for a Development Lead.

Skills and Experience:

6+ years in software development (C++ required, Python a plus) 2+ years in offshore team leadership Familiarity with agile delivery and collaboration tools Strong communication skills across time zones Experience navigating multi-repo environments Ability to produce documentation from code using GenAI tooling
