Mental Health Clinical Lead

Service Care Solutions are working with our established client to recruit a Mental Health Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will provide Leadership and Clinical Supervision to mental health professionals, ensuring an excellent level of service whilst supporting with risk and safeguarding escalation within the service. This opportunity is available on a full-time basis for a minimum period of 6 Months with likelihood of extension.

Our client are an award-winning specialist provider of Mental Health services throughout the UK, offering Occupational Health and Rehabilitation support.

Job Purpose: Mental Health Clinical Lead

Pay Rate: £35.00-£40.00 ph DOE + £250 Service Care Solutions Sign-Up Bonus

Location: Remote Working

Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week (Part-time applications will be considered)

Purpose
The post holder will lead a team of mental health professionals providing risk management and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership ensuring guidelines and pathways are maintained and updated in line with best practice. Oversee clinical training, support programmes and audits Identify trends that can be implemented or improved as part of continuous improvement.
