Senior Project Manager - Children's Early Help Service

The London Borough of Haringey are looking for an experienced Senior Manager within Social Work for a Locum Senior Project Manager within Children’s Early Help.

This role is a rare role which is situated outside of IR35 and is offered on a part time basis of 2/3 days per week.
The role will be responsible for Developing, Leading and Supporting on a Multi-Agency approach to deliver the objectives of Haringey’s Early Help Strategy which is underpinned by the Supporting Families Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone at Senior Management level or above, to contribute to the care and protection of children.
What are the requirements?

5 Years Post Qualifying experience
Social Work England registration
Previous Senior Management experience

What sets you apart from the crowd?

Previous experience at Service Management level or above within an Early Help setting
The ability to Develop and review policies, processes, and practice standards to ensure there is a co-ordinated approach to the running of the service.
Previous experience in Programme Implementation and review throughout a service.
