As the IT 2nd Line Analyst you it will continue to gain exposure to virtual/cloud technologies including Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 and later, VMware and Hyper-V, and also experience with Azure environments.
You will have space to demonstrate your own initiative and work in a dynamic environment, hybrid working from home will also be offered to you should that be important to you.
Service Desk members more junior than you will be encourage to learn from you, thus giving you an opportunity to help develop others, as well as working on your own training development plan to further progress your own career.
Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and must be fully competent in IT functional area.2.
Proven industry experience of being the critical point of contact in an organisation, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs.3.
