General Sales Manager Vacancy - Car Dealership Location: Rotherham Salary: £30,000 OTE £55,000 plus Company Car and benefits We are currently recruiting for a driven and experienced General Sales Manager for our clients main dealer site in Rotherham area.

This is a big opportunity so we require a proven and driven General Sales Manager who can fit straight into the position.

This opportunity is with an extremely reputable dealership.

Details: This is position is for a very busy and established main dealer site within the area so the individual must be a proven General Car Sales Manager with a solid career history.

You will be overseeing a busy sales department overseeing Sales Executives, a Business Manager and Administration staff whilst reporting directly to the General Manager.

This opportunity requires a high flying Sales Manager who can help develop a site further; we need someone who has a "can do" attitude and the ability to see the bigger picture.

A General Sales Manager who can establish short term successes but ultimately have a long term plan of adjectives for driving the business forward.

You must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of both New & Used Vehicles sales and bring a process driven attitude.

Requirements: - At least 2 years experience as a Sales Manager/GSM within a successful Car Dealership - Proven Track Record of Success - Full UK driving licence - Driven and Passionate individual.
