Customer Service Apprentice Level 2
Meeting and greeting parents, carers and guardians, students, staff and visitors
Answering the telephone and recording messages or directing calls to the appropriate extension
Emailing / communicating with staff across the Trust
Support with printing and photocopying
Giving advice or information to visitors, parents, guardians or carers or finding the appropriate information to share with them
Training:
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.

The outcome of this vacancy is for the applicant to achieve a customer services level 2 qualification whilst gaining on the job skills in relation to this qualification. They will be competent and confident in all aspects of customer services in order for them to progress on to higher educational qualifications.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, varies between 7:30am-6pm.
