Liaising with suppliers on invoice amendments & requesting credits
Chasing suppliers for missing invoices
Checking supplier statements
Filing of supplier invoices
Assisting with mileage claims, fuel & expenses
Generating & issuing Sales invoices
Verifying bank details and updating bank payment templates
Chasing Aged Debtors
Managing Accounts inbox queries and replying with information
Answering the phone and managing general enquiries
Adhoc office administration duties (e.g. Booking accommodation, monitoring & ordering office supplies)
Training:
One-to-one Tutor Assessor support in the workplace working towards Assistant Accountant Level 2 (AAT Level 2 qualification is included in this Standard)
Attending weekly classes covering Health and Safety and Equality and diversity
Functional Skills if required
Training Outcome:
Excellent prospects with the possibility to progress onto level 3

We provide commercial office design, office fit out and furniture to a wide range of clients, focusing on collaboration, agile working and team culture specific to each client’s needs.
Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, 30 hours to start, and after 3 months, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours.
