Customer Service Receptionist Apprentice

Providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing members in a customer-facing role. Utilising administration and IT skills to handle various tasks, such as managing appointments and maintaining records. Performing front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Conducting toilet checks and ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained. Hoovering the reception area at the end of each operating day/evening to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.

Training:

Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Customer Services.



Training Outcome:
