IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer

We are an established managed service provider providing IT services across Lancashire since 1999. We are a small but expanding team dedicated to managing IT and communications. We are conveniently located in Riversway - the Preston docks area. We are at an exciting point in our growth and are looking for a new engineer to join our team and grow with us.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT systems and network management. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Your Duties as IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer will include :
Troubleshooting IT issues both remotely and on-siteInstalling and configuring IT hardware and softwareManaging cloud based systems and servicesManaging and updating documentationOur Ideal Candidate will have :
Prior experience working in an MSP technical roleIn depth knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows/Windows ServerA sound knowledge of IT security concepts and servicesGood understanding of networkingExperience with Microsoft 365 administrationFantastic time managementExcellent communication skillsCompetent spoken/written EnglishEnthusiasm for the job and ITFull UK driving licenseBenefits:
