Training Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager to join our client in Poole, this is a fantastic role working within an innovative and forward thinking business. This position is full time, paying £35-40,000pa DOE and working Monday to Friday, this is a pivotal role that will include designing, delivering and evaluating training to the companies partners.  Key responsible for the successful Training Manager:  - Develop training plans and programmes - Deliver on-site, in-house training but also go to customer sites if needed.  - Content development  - Monitor and assess training programmes  - Primary point of contact for any and all training queries - Working closely with other departments and partners to develop joint strategies   - Maintain accurate records  To be considered for the Training Manager role: - Previous experience within a training management role is essential  - Experience working within Food or Manufacturing industries would be highly desirable.  - A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive to customers sites  Benefits for the Training Manger role: - 25 days holiday + BH - free car parking  - Company pension  - Private medical and critical illness cover  - Modern offices  If you possess the required experience and are looking for a fresh challenge in a friendly and welcoming company please apply with your CV and Yasmin will call you to discuss the role in detail.
