This innovative, fast-growing, and successful company in the food retail industry is looking for a Regional Manager to lead the franchise operations in the German market.

Responsibilities

Managing the German operationsLeading a senior team of 7-10 peopleCreating annual budgets and financial targets, as well as, KPI´s for the teamDeveloping health and safety proceduresFinding new ways of cost control, increasing revenue and profitQuality and standards controlDirectly impact on the growth of the regionComing up with new projects and policiesInvolved in the recruitment of senior staff

What are we looking for?

Experience on a country-level positionAffinity to the franchise development worldExperience in retail, hospitality or food industryGreat eye for detail and positive mindsetResults and standards-drivenBorn problem-solver with a creative mindsetGreat communication skillsFluent in English and German
