Apprentice Administration Assistant

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide general office support, including answering phone calls from clients, handling mail, and greeting visitors Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases Prepare and format documents, such as letters, and emails. Support diary management, including booking meetings with clients Use office systems and software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) confidently and accurately Organise and file both digital and paper documents

These duties are not exhaustive and other duties may be required.

Applicants should have good IT skills and be able to communicate clearly on the telephone.

Probationary period applies.



Training:

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, including monthly day release at Access Training, Team Valley.

Working Hours :
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm (30-min break). Friday 9am-2pm.
