Apprentice Accounts Assistant
Answering phone calls and assisting tenants and landlords with account queries
Chasing rent arrears and liaising with tenants about payments
Updating landlords on rent and account information
Logging tenant deposits on the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
Assisting with general administrative and office tasks as required
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm
