Reception duties including: greeting patients, answering the phone and keeping the reception area tidy

Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry-specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

Serving a patient population of approximately 10,400, the surgery plays a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care services to the local community. Our multidisciplinary team includes: 4 GP Partners and 3 Salaried GPs Practice Nurses, HCAs, and Pharmacists Additional PCN staff such as a Nursing Associate, First Contact Physiotherapist, Emergency Care Practitioner, Care Coordinator, Mental Health Practitioner, and Social Prescribing Link Workers As a training practice, we support GP registrars and medical students from Nottingham University, fostering a culture of learning and professional development. We are committed to innovation and sustainability, actively participating in Greener Practice initiatives, and have been recognised as a CQC-rated “Good” practice. We also use the SystmOne clinical system to manage patient records and care efficiently. For those joining us in an administrative capacity, including apprentices, you’ll be part of a strong management and support structure that values your contribution and encourages growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare setting, supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 6:30pm, rota's advised in advance.
