Raising instructions to subcontractors Closing out jobs commercially on Oracle Updating forecast spreadsheet with actual values Updating Oracle with subcontractor application details Updating of subcontractor tracker sheet Preparing aged debt report of distribution Filing subcontractors’ applications (electronically) Sending claim back up to finance officers Significant administrative responsibilities

Training:

Chartered Surveyor (degree) - Level 6. 

You will attend Coventry University on day release basis during term time.



Training Outcome:

As a Milestone Degree Apprentice you will be recruited on a permanent contract and after completing your apprenticeship and professional accreditation with the RICS, becoming a Chartered Surveyor, you will have the knowledge, experience and professional membership to progress and be rewarded with a great career at Milestone.
