Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1st Line support via telephone and email Microsoft desktop and server support Basic networking tasks such as IP troubleshooting, DNS and remote printing support M365 support, including Exchange, Office and Azure Active Directory Basic troubleshooting of firewall and routing issues Managing personal helpdesk ticket queue, ensuring ticket data is clear, concise, and up to date Meeting SLA's and Helpdesk targets for quality and performanceTraining:
