Apprentice Administration Assistant

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team. You will be heavily relied upon for efficiently coordinating all administrative tasks, acting as the glue to connect the dots across a wider national network. Your role plays a significant part in ensuring we can continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients. It's important to see how your daily tasks contribute to this wider goal. 

You will support Senior team members with:

Scheduling various meetings Efficiently filing and maintaining current documents on the internal case management system Closing files and recording any documents being sent for storage Typing documents, such as letters Processing any relevant paperwork Maintaining and developing relevant spreadsheets for the team Making calls to clients and third parties, recording information as appropriate Billing Supporting the team with answering any queries from the wider business Any other general administrative tasks

Training:

Alongside your role, you will work towards achieving a Level 3 in Business Administration qualification with our provider, Damar. Facilitated by one study day per week.



Training Outcome:

Exposure and progression to secretarial or assistant level roles within the team.

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday between 9:00am-5:30pm.
