Apprentice Building Surveyor
As an apprentice you will support with:
Working with the Surveying team to inspect and provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of buildings and sites. Inspections to involve acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys and defect investigations. Assist Senior Surveyors with the preparation with technical reports, schedules of work and works specifications. Designing and overseeing works using recognised building contracts and adhering to current technical standards. Develop an understanding and apply other relevant legislation such as health and safety, party wall, building regulations and planning.Training:
On this apprenticeship you will complete the BSc (Hons) Building Surveying (Chartered Surveying Degree Apprenticeship) with Nottingham Trent university. This is delivered on a day release basis across a 5-year duration.
Training Outcome:
To work towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS) accredited.

Working Hours :
You will be in the Nottingham office 4 days per week, with one day per week to be based at the university for study.
