Apprentice Gardener

You will learn on the ground, paired with one of our existing team leaders Cut grass Edging and maintaining beds Pruning Leaf blowing Strimming Hedge trimming Planting Tidying up for other operatives

Training:

The training will take place at BCA, which is apart of The Windsor Forest Colleges Group.

L2 Horticulture or landscape construction operative Apprenticeship Standard

Training Outcome:

We last ran an apprenticeship with BCA starting in 2019. That candidate remains with us today and from next year will be running his own maintenance team! 

Employer Description:
Oaklands is a high-end garden maintenance company. We do not advertise and carefully pick the gardens we work in. We are Employee-Owned.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Be prepared for year-round outdoor working, early starts, long days and hard work in all weathers!
