Business Administrator Apprentice
Schedule meetings and maintaining meeting calendars to support the Operations Team.
Assist with the management of contractor payments and receipting of invoices on Salesforce.
Raise and track contractor and vendor project purchase orders.
Schedule and attend regular contractor meetings for budgeting and invoicing updates.
Work closely with Zayo finance to manage 3rd party invoice payments.
Assist in compiling reports from the project/purchase order database.
Develop and maintain reports on contractor workloads and deliverables.
Assist with the management of Operations Streetworks registers and licences for contractors.
Training:
To meet the requirements of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:
Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager Observing and shadowing colleagues Writing up learning reflections for your portfolioTraining Outcome:
Full-time employment.
