We currently have over 30 consultants, who require their Private Practices run in an efficient, timely manner. This is delivered by a professional polite team.

The type of work is detailed below:

Processing clinic lists for Medical Consultants onto bespoke software packages Coding of clinic/theatre lists Posting invoices to Patients Submitting invoices to Insurance companies invoices and using their portals Allocating receipts from Patients and Insurers for Consultants onto bespoke software packages Reconciling bank account Running month end reports Speaking with Patients on the telephone, communicating via text, email and letters Taking payments and recording payment

Training Outcome:
Possibility of full-time position within the company   Employer is supportive individual growth via the apprenticeship route.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm - specific hours to be agreed.
