Customer Service Apprentice
The role of a Customer Service Apprentice is to provide exceptional support at the reception and ensure the smooth running of the dental practice.
This includes but is not limited to:
Greeting patients in a polite, professional, and courteous manner. Managing appointment bookings and patient records on the computer system. Handling telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service. Supporting the dental team by ensuring patients feel welcome and informed. Maintaining a clean and organised reception area. Processing payments and handling administrative tasks efficiently.You will be earning while learning during your apprenticeship. The dental practice will provide you with practical knowledge and experience to excel in customer service, while the training provider (Performance Through People) will deliver the theoretical aspects of the course.
Training:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Functional skills may be required for maths and English
Training Outcome:
Full time employment upon successful completion

Dr Allsopp alone has been practicing for more than 25 years and completed thousands of dental implant and orthodontic cases. Other doctors at our practice like Dr Mandeep Soorae also bring several years of expertise to our team. Dr Soorae and Dr Allsopp have both trained extensively with the globally renowned Straumann company to learn the very best dental implant techniques. The practice has been awarded the status of Straumann Gold+ Providers and we are Invisalign Diamond Apex Providers.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.00pm (breaks to be confirmed).
