Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

As an apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities tailored to children’s individual needs and interests Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development Ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children Observing and recording children’s progress to monitor their development Assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Training:
Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification Training will include paediatric first aid qualification

Training Outcome:

By completing this Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship, you will gain:

A nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification The knowledge and skills required to work as a qualified Early Years Educator A thorough understanding of child development, safeguarding, and play-based learning Opportunities to progress into roles such as Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or further study in childcare and education A strong foundation for a lifelong career in early years education
