Business Administrator Apprentice

To provide basic administration support to programmes in England. To provide a welcoming point of contact for the CRT's programmes of activity: handling enquiries whilst ensuring service standards are met.

Main requirements of the roles:

Creativity & Innovation: Undertake a limited number of tasks involving creative skills. Contacts & Relationships: Routinely exchange straightforward information. Decisions: Carry work out within clearly defined controls/procedures. This will involve taking basic work decisions, which will have a limited effect on staff/the public and can be readily amended, if necessary. Resources: Adhere to data protection measures and observe confidentiality at all times. Work Demands: On rare occasions switch from one task to another in a different area of work and prioritise work.

Training:

Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
