We’re partnering with a leading premium casual dining brand in Canada to help find a Sous Chef for one of their high-performing locations. This role will help oversee back-of-house operations, train kitchen team, and ensure consistent execution of high-quality, guest-focused dishes. It’s a great opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development and operational excellence.
Head Chef requirements:
