Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship - Single Steps Nursery

Assist in creating a warm, nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children Support day-to-day care: feeding, changing nappies, toileting, personal hygiene, helping at mealtimes and rest times Work alongside a “key person” to help a small group of children, observing and recording their development and progress Help plan, prepare, and deliver activities that promote learning through play, both indoors and outdoors, according to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Maintain health, safety, hygiene and safeguarding standards in the nursery Interact with children to support their emotional, social, physical and educational development - encouraging language, creativity, independence Liaise with parents/carers to give feedback and share observations about children’s progress and well-being Work as part of a team, supporting other staff and participating in meetings or training

Training:
You will work towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification across a total duration of 18 months! Training will include paediatric first aid qualification

Training provider:

LMP Group All online/remote learning, no classroom or college day release An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship!

Training Outcome:

Possible full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Single Steps Nursery Liss is an established early years setting based in the GU33 postcode area, dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and education for children from 3 months up to 5 years old. Our aim is to create a warm, safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child is supported to learn, grow and reach their full potential.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, hours to be discussed at interview (38-hour role which could be spread across 4 or 5 days depending on what the apprentice would like)
