Customer Service Apprentice

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person. Shadow experienced colleagues to learn how to resolve complaints and find effective solutions. Help maintain accurate customer records and transaction logs. Support the processing of orders, forms, and requests. Learn to provide clear, professional product and service information. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Complete apprenticeship coursework and demonstrate progress in your skills and knowledge.

Training:

Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service Specialist consisting of:

Level 3 Standard in Customer Service Specialist Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. There will also be an end point assessment. 



Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 4.00pm. Friday, 8.00am - 1.00pm.
