Recruiter Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship

New Business generation Client Relationship building Recognise and strive to meet client's hiring needs Create and implement recruiting strategies Create and post job advertisements Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media Assess applications and resumes Screen applicants before the interviewing process

Training:
Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard The Apprentice will have lessons Every 2 Weeks for 2 hours and 30 minutes

 

The apprentice will be given 7 hourse a week to complete coursework set by the tutor

Training Outcome:
Progression within the company after the apprenticeship and potentially the chance of studying a higher qualification
