As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff and expect to contribute to the room planning
To understand the requirements of the EYFS, health and safety and Ofsted
To liaise professionally and courteously with parents, children & colleagues
To prepare daily activities for all children
To interact effectively with all children
To assist in the setting up of the room in the morning & throughout the day
To encourage and support children to develop their language, motor and social skills
To supervise indoor and outdoor play activities
To supervise snack and mealtimes, including cleaning

Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard:
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) Training will include paediatric first aid qualificationTraining Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, the setting is open from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm and you will be working a 3-day week- subject to change due to setting requirements on a rota system.
