Digital Transformation Apprentice

The skills, knowledge and behaviours developed in this post will enable the post-holder to complete the Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship aligned to this role.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and digital optimisation Gather and document user requirements to assist in the delivery of end-user focused products Design, build, and test Copilot Studio agents to automate routine tasks and improve service delivery Support services in adopting AI tools and digital workflows, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot Provide support to more complex, organisational AI projects where appropriate Provide technical support to customers through a range of communication channels Create and maintain documentation and user guides for deployed agents and digital solutions Monitor agent performance and gather feedback to inform improvements Take responsibility for own continuous professional development (CPD) by keeping up to date with emerging AI and automation technologies and share insights with the team Contribute to internal communications and campaigns promoting digital adoption Apply relevant policies and legislation where appropriate, for example Information Governance and ICT policies

The role responsibilities outlined will be practiced, learned, and eventually mastered by the apprentice, under guidance and supervision from the line manager and colleagues.



Training:

You will compile evidence demonstrating occupational skills, knowledge and behaviours. Virtual learning modules (VLE) and remote sessions.

 



Training Outcome:

This is a fixed term for 20 months, however this can lead to permanent position depending on course completion and performance.
