IT Technical Sales Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of our product and service offerings Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through research and outreach Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service Learn how to handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and technical support Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Training:

As an apprentice, you will receive a combination of structured online learning and practical, on-the-job training. You will work towards achieving the Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship standard, supported by experienced mentors and tutors. Regular progress reviews will help you develop your skills, confidence, and career prospects.

Training Outcome:

A chance to secure a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
