Your Role

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:

Develop and Implement: Design, build, and customise applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules.Collaborate: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into impactful technical solutions.Optimise: Enhance the performance and functionality of the GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules to align with client needs.Innovate: Apply ServiceNow best practices to create scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements for the ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and SecOps platforms. What You’ll Need Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and customising ServiceNow, with a strong focus on GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and certifications in GRC, IRM, or SecOps are highly desirable.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to design solutions that address complex business challenges.Flexibility: Ability to work remotely or from client offices in Jordan.
