Day-to-day management of a section Assist the Executive Chef/Sous Chef in training all employees to comply with all company regulations Ensure the exceptional quality of food is maintained. Responsible for sections operating efficiently during service. Helping to mentor and guide Demi & Commis chefs You will be expected to consistently meet company standards.You will be a great fit if you:
