Business Administration Apprentice

You will be working alongside the E-Commerce executive; you will be involved in the data input into various ecommerce platforms You will learn and use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word and will input into various software platforms such as ‘Virtual Stock’ (Edge), Myracle and Marketplacer You will be taught how to use and answer the telephone system and will liaise with suppliers to gather information for the business to use You will be shown how to check all the websites daily and report your findings and will then check each customer site on a daily basis You will be shown how to update and maintain the master document and will work under instruction to keep that up to date You will ensure data accuracy. Accuracy in data entry is paramount with a high level of attention to detail to their work, ensuring that data correctly maintained You will be taught to adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols the company has in place You will participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on database

Training:

Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Data Technician qualification, with training in how to:

Source data from a collection of trusted sources Collate and format data to facilitate processing and presentation Present data for review and analysis by others Analyse simple and complex structures and unstructured data to support business outcomes Communicate results verbally, through reports and technical documentation Store, manage and share data securely in a compliant manner
