IT Apprentice
Provide IT Support: Handle user requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver excellent customer service
Maintain IT Facilities: Ensure employees have the tools they need to work effectively and support their use of IT resources
Learn Incident Management: Record and resolve IT incidents, keeping users informed and escalating issues when necessary
Collaborate on Projects: Work alongside the IT team to support departmental objectives and contribute to business initiatives
Develop Documentation Skills: Create reports and guides to assist with IT operations and user training
Support Employee Induction: Help onboard new team members, introducing them to IT facilities, policies, and security practices
Training:
Information Communications Technician Level 3
Programme will be delivered remotely and on site at the employers' premises
Training Outcome:
Opportunity to progress to level 4 or other IT qualifications.
