Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship - The Dimbleebee Catering Company

As our Office Assistant working along side of Events & Wedding Manager, your responsibilities will be to develop and manage all areas of Weddings and Events. You should have a warm, personable nature and a can-do attitude. Your day to day duties will include:

Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a high level of confidentiality Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet Take enquiries and bookings in an efficient manner Maintain and manage the events diary ensuring all bookings are inputted directly upon receipt and updated where necessary. Be familiar with all Meetings and Events Diary Standards of Operation. Handle all telephone and written enquiries as to availability for potential wedding or function space. Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events. Effectively communicate ensuring leads are responded to in the required time and regular contact is made to the progress of each booking. Be able to act with initiative, planning for the future and possible consequences. Be pro-active in getting things done and exceed expectations of both guests and colleagues where possible. Prepare all quotations, proposals and contracts according to the client’s requirements - full understanding of the business required

You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service.



Training:

Apprenticeship Details - 16 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/ remote). 

Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider).



Training Outcome:

Pass the level 3 qualification and potentially a full-time role.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
