Talent Acquisition Apprentice

Collaborate with experienced talent specialists to support recruitment across UK and international client portfolios Partner with the South Africa Centre of Recruiting Excellence to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions Assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a variety of roles Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, including managing applicant tracking systems and scheduling interviews Work flexibly to accommodate US and Canadian clients, with occasional adjusted hours 1-2 days per week Complete the 15-month Recruiter Development Programme, gaining hands-on experience and professional certifications

Structured Training:

Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard A comprehensive 15-month development programme, including online learning, interactive classes, and Franklin Covey resources



Training Outcome:
A clear progression path, including assignment to a client account after six months and a Talent Advisor role upon successful completion of the programme

Working Hours :
Standard working hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, however an ability to work occasional adjusted hours to support clients in different time zones is required.
