Heavy Motor Vehicle Technician Apprentice

Working within the workshop, helping to maintain, repair and inspect a variety of vehicles and trailers and report directly to the workshop manager.

Whilst gaining knowledge and experience in accordance of your apprenticeship.

Work on a range of HGV vehicles and various trailers Undertake all levels of maintenance work, including repairs, servicing and diagnostics Completion of service and repair paperwork

Training:

Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Level 3.

College attendance will be one day a week at Peterborough College. There will also be an additional bi-monthly portfolio workshop session at Peterborough College to support with the creation of your work-based portfolio.



Training Outcome:

To become a fully qualified mechanic, keeping up with future technology to help the business grow.



Employer Description:
Brian Easey Transport Ltd is a family run business, operating a fleet of 33 Units, Tankers, Tippers and Curtainsiders. Based at Sedge Fen near Downham Market, which is a relatively new site.

Working Hours :
7am - 5pm, working days TBC
