Level 3 Building Services and Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

Knowledge of health and safety and safe working practices Carrying out fault finding, fault diagnosis, de-commissioning, component replacement, testing and re-commissioning of existing industrial and commercial ventilating, heating, water supply, waste (effluent discharge), drainage, and related electrical systems Organise work programmes Provide good communication with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure high standards of service Utilise fault finding and problem-solving techniques Deliver a high level of customer service

Training:
The apprentice will undertake professional development and training which includes in-person teaching at Salford City College completing the Level 3 Building Services Engineering Service and Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship Building services engineering service and maintenance engineer / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education  In your final year, you will undertake an End Point Assessment. The End Point Assessment will include a multiple-choice test, observation and discussion about your portfolio of evidence which demonstrates the skills, knowledge and behaviours of the apprenticeship

Training Outcome:
Fully recognised apprenticeship qualification - Level 3 Building Services and Maintenance Engineer - with the possible opportunity of a permanent position with STFC on successful completion of the apprenticeship
